Each Camp/Workshop Fee covers the cost for the Instructor's/Staff's time and pay, materials needed, and a portion also goes back into our Anchored Scholarship Fund to help support any youth artists who are unable to afford attending camps & workshops. And because Anchored Creative Arts is a nonprofit, all donations are tax deductible!

Every activity sponsored by Anchored Creative Arts is carefully planned and adequately supervised by mature adults. However, even with the best of planning and precaution, unforeseen events can occur. By signing this form, the parent/guardian agrees and accepts all risks and hazards inherent in these activities. They also agree not to hold Anchored Creative Arts, Camp Hope, Cindy Heer and/or volunteers and staff liable for damages, losses, or injuries to the person or property undersigned. The parents/guardians understand that they are signing for the minor(s) on this form and the signature is both a medical and liability release.

A payment/donation portal is provided through our website for our department and project staff for their services/fundraising efforts. Artists for Community Transformation Intl is a fully registered nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization (since 2006); therefore, your donation is completely tax-deductible, and you will receive a receipt for all your contributions for tax purposes. Service Fees are not tax deductible.

Artists for Community Transformation Intl only collects information pertinent to the contributions made by individuals. The information collected is used solely for our in-house accounting and communication procedures between the payee/donor and our office as well as the payee/donor and the department or project they support financially.

No information is sold or given to a third party.

All payees/donors are added by default to our organization mailing list. Periodically, news, highlights, and event opportunities are communicated to our constituency. The payee/donor may choose to Opt-Out at any time.
